Returns

If you are not satisfied with an ordered item, you can return it. We request that you return the item undamaged and with the original price tags. If damage occurs during the assessment of the item, or the original price tags are removed, we reserve the right to immediately charge you for the resulting reduction in value.

You are only liable for the reduction in value of the goods that is the result of the use of the goods, which goes beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Make sure that you register the return shipment in the digital returns portal. Stick the return label on the package and then take it to the parcel point of your choice.

Campbell Menswear has a return period of 14 days. As a consumer, you have 14 days from the date of receipt or collection to cancel the agreement. This means that you have 14 days to return or hand over the items to us. You are on time if you return the items before the 14-day period has expired.

We charge return costs. These costs depend on the carrier of your choice, and can be found in the return portal. These must be paid in the return portal, after which you can download the return label. You will receive a digital receipt from the parcel point. Keep this safe until we have confirmed receipt of the package.

You can of course also choose a carrier yourself and return something on your own initiative. However, Campbell Menswear cannot be held liable in this case if your package unexpectedly gets lost. In that case too, the direct costs for returning are at your own expense.

We aim to process the refund within 5 working days and no later than 14 days. We may wait with the refund until we have received the product back, or until you have proven that you have returned the product, depending on which is earlier.

Please note: are you not returning the entire order? Then the shipping costs for the outward shipment will not be refunded and you will pay the shipping and return costs.

If you have used a special promotion, the discount on the item you are returning will expire. You cannot request a replacement discount for this either. The item you do keep will retain its discount provided that the discount has been deducted from it.

Exchanges

To ensure that the process runs as quickly and smoothly as possible, we do not offer the option to exchange an item. Would you like to receive the item in a different size or colour? Then return the item and reorder it. This will ensure that you receive the correct item the fastest.

We do not provide discount codes for any additional shipping costs.
