Order & Payment
Ordering
When you have selected an item, choose the desired size. Then confirm your choice by placing it in the shopping cart. If an item is sold out in a certain size, you can no longer select it in that size.
You place an item in the shopping cart when you click on the 'add to shopping cart' button on the item page.
Payment
When you have finished making your choice and want to complete your order, click on the 'Continue to order' button in the shopping cart. If you are not logged in yet, you can log in here, continue as a guest or otherwise create an account. Once these details have been entered, click on 'Continue to shipping'. Here you can enter your delivery address. Then click on 'Continue to payment method'. You will now enter the checkout environment and can select a payment method. If the payment has been made, you will receive a payment confirmation and you will automatically return to the webshop. You will always receive a confirmation of your order by email.

Delivery
Campbell Menswear works together with DHL. Together we strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible. The delivery time is 2 to 3 working days. If you have not received your package after 7 days, please contact our customer service.
Shipping costs
The shipping costs for delivering your order to a delivery address of your choice in the Netherlands are €4.95.
Payment options
At Campbell Menswear it is possible to pay online in different ways. Each payment method has its own advantages. Below you will find an explanation of all payment options in our webshop. iDEAL
The majority of Dutch people who place an order online now pay with iDEAL. If you choose iDEAL, you will be directed directly to the secure environment of your own bank. The payment is made via our payment provider Adyen. They arrange the payments between different banks. The secure environment works as you are used to with internet banking. The biggest advantage of iDEAL is that the payment is made immediately and we receive a notification of this. After we have received this notification, we will immediately start working on your order!
Credit card
It is possible to pay with us via credit card (MasterCard / Visa). This is a payment method where you pay immediately and the credit card company collects the amount from you after a month. Paying with a credit card is completely safe with us, because we outsource this to a specialized payment provider (Adyen). Every payment is also checked for possible fraud. This way you don't have to worry afterwards.
